Third Avenue PlayWorks welcomes the return of the monthly pop-up Indoor Winter Market in partnership with Destination Sturgeon Bay to coincide with Sturgeon Bay events including Christmas By the Bay, the opening weekend of TAP’s A Christmas Carol, the Fire and Ice Festival, and the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. We’re looking for vendors from artists and crafters to producers, who would like to showcase their original, quality products in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.

We Are Still Accepting Vendors for Future Markets!

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

All vendors will be given a 6’x6’ space for their tables and products. Tables larger than 6′ long and pop-up tents are not permitted. TAP assigns all booth spaces and has the authority to change these spaces at any point until the day before the event. Vendors may not sublet their space to another vendor and spaces are non-transferrable.

Set Up: 8 am – 10am

Tear Down: Begins nor earlier than 2 pm

WINTER MARKET PRICING

Single Market Booth $40

Single Concession Rental $60

  • Single Market Booth and Concession Rental must be reserved and paid for by fifteen days prior to event.
  • Payment is due with your application.
  • Only ten Single Market Booth spaces available per market.
  • Only one Concession Rental available.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to all artists, crafters, and producers with original, quality products. Third Avenue PlayWorks reserves the right to reject any vendor deemed inappropriate for the market or an application without all requested information. Space is limited. Vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

COMPLIANCE

Any products inconsistent with the work shown in your submitted and approved application must be removed from the booth. Any vendor who refuses to remove unapproved items or comply with TAP standards may be asked to leave. No refunds will be given to vendors who are requested to leave.

ACCEPTANCE

TAP reserves the right to reject any vendor application for any reason. In the event your application is rejected, a full refund will be processed.

With a submitted application you agree you have read the 2025-2026 Winter Market policies and agree to them.

The undersigned applicant hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless TAP from any damage to or loss of property and any personal injury, which they may sustain while participating in this event. Each vendor accepts sole responsibility for their receptive booth space and contents. Vendors are not allowed to resell their booth to another vendor without the approval of TAP. All items displayed must be sensitive to all members of society. TAP will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age or nationality. TAP events are not forums for political or religious activities. The signed vendor has sole responsibility to acquire any required licenses and/or permits under DHS 196.
