100+ Women Continue Big Impact With January Giving Awards

To date, 100+ Women Who Care Door County (100+WWC) have given $823,000 to 74 Door County nonprofits over eight years of giving – including the next quarterly Giving Event scheduled for Monday, Jan. 26 at the Carolyn Kress Pavilion Great Hall, 7845 Church St., Egg Harbor, from 6:30-7:30 pm, with registration and social hour starting at 5:30 pm. 

Over $35,000 will be awarded that evening to local nonprofits by over 420 members. The three nonprofits that will be considered are the Francis Hardy Gallery, Door County Master Gardeners and Third Avenue PlayWorks. The 100+WWC members who nominated these nonprofits will present the organizations and nonprofit representatives will be available for questions. In addition, Northern Door Children’s Center will share the impact of their 100+WWC October 2024 award and information about the organization. 

Three additional nonprofits will be selected from member nominations for consideration at the next Giving Event on April 27, 2026.
